We offer a restaurant where traditional Castilian food can be tasted like the wood fire roast lamb, Burgos black pudding with roasted peppers, olla podrida (red beans stew typical from Burgos), San Blas cod or homemade desserts.

In the restaurant’s undergrounds, an ancient wine-cellar (dated as far as the middle ages) is found, unique place for the wine making & storage of our ancestors.
